Near the village of Peterchurch , Herefordshire ( 5 mins walk along a footpath) and 8 miles from Hay-on-Wyen and the Black Mountains. It sleeps 4 (2 besdrooms, 1 with double bed and the other with two single beds which also work as a double ( side by side). Living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom with shower, basin and WC. Large landing which could sleep 1 other person ( maybe a child?) with 2 mattresses stored there. It has central heating , woodstove in the dining room and fireplace in the living room . Internet access and mobile phone signal but no TV Quite large garden ( pics later) . Kitchen has dishwasher, fridge and washing machine
It is not rented out commercially so it has pictures, books, clothes, coats etc in it but it’s reasonably well equipped as long as people don’t expect a pristine Air b&b
